Career counselling and outplacement services can be delivered on a group or individual basis. A tailored programme is also available to individuals who wish to explore alternative ways of working as part of a portfolio alternative career path perhaps triggered by a significant life change or to evaluate getting a better life/work balance.
Each programme is tailored to suit the prescribed circumstances or individual’s needs. The programme examines individual motivation and preferences, as well as providing the opportunity and safe space to hone and practice how to present existing skills for a different audience. The programme also provides individuals with the confidence and a a suite of tools to support and enable a career transition.
Broadly each programme uses a mixture of coaching and psychometric questionnaires to examine who an individual is and measures of self worth. The coach facilitates each session which encourages the participants to challenge and examine their preferences and to self reflect. The sessions encourage individuals to evaluate motivation, untapped potential and practical ways to accelerate professional development and enrich working relationships and inner satisfaction and contentment.
